How the pace calculator works
Pace is time divided by distance, usually written as minutes per mile or per kilometer. Speed is the reverse: distance divided by time. Pick a tab for what you want to find: your pace, your finish time, or how far you'll go.
Enter times as h:mm:ss (1:45:30) or mm:ss (25:30). The splits table shows the elapsed time at each mile or kilometer at an even pace, and the multipoint tab turns checkpoint times from a race or watch into segment paces.
Predicted race times use Peter Riegel's formula, T2 = T1 × (D2 / D1)^1.06, which assumes you're trained for the distance.
