How the weight watchers points estimate calculator works
Weight-loss point systems turn a food's nutrition label into one number. The formulas here are the widely published approximations of three past systems: SmartPoints (calories, saturated fat and sugar add points, protein removes them), PointsPlus (protein, carbs, fat and fiber) and the original points (calories, fat and fiber).
Results are estimates for information only. This calculator is not affiliated with or endorsed by WW International, and the current WW program uses its own unpublished formula, so its app may show different numbers.
